Our role is limited to facilitating connections and introductions between platform users.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile and to update it as necessary.
Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Provide false or misleading information in your profile or investment opportunities
- Use the platform to solicit investments in violation of securities laws
- Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications to other users
- Attempt to circumvent platform security or access restrictions
- Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
Investment Opportunities
All investment opportunities posted on Investroom are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies or applicable laws. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any investment decisions.
Intellectual Property
The Investroom platform, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Investroom a license to display and distribute it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Investroom is not liable for any investment losses, failed transactions, or disputes between users. We provide the platform as-is and make no warranties regarding investment outcomes or the accuracy of user-provided information.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
