Founders on our platform commit to:

- Following up on commitments made during the fundraising process
For Investors and Mentors
Investors and mentors commit to:
- Providing constructive feedback, even when declining opportunities
- Being transparent about investment criteria and decision timelines
- Respecting founder time and avoiding unnecessary delays
- Maintaining confidentiality of pitch materials and business plans
Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language
- Sharing false or misleading information
- Unauthorized sharing of confidential materials
- Soliciting investments in violation of securities regulations
- Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk communications
Reporting Violations
If you experience or witness conduct that violates this code, please report it through the platform. All reports are reviewed confidentially, and appropriate action will be taken.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform depending on severity. We are committed to maintaining a safe and professional environment for all members.
